Another perfect day in Paradise

Another perfect day in Paradise

Another perfect day in Paradise

People come from all over the world to enjoy the white sands of Clearwater Beach. World renowned as one of the best beaches anywhere we sometimes forget how fortunate we are to have it in our backyard.

The warm Gulf waters coupled with the bright sunny days Clearwater is famous for are the perfect companions for the sugary sand. Whether you enjoy beach volleyball, water sports, shopping, beachfront entertainment on the pier or just simply relaxing while you get that bronzed tan this is the place to be.

Situated just west of downtown Clearwater, FL in mid-Pinellas County on the west coast of Florida sits a gem that once you have visited you keep coming back. For those of us fortunate enough to live near by it is a real treat to be appreciated.

If you go bring plenty of sunscreen and if you are driving get there early because parking is at a premium. There are many small independent hotels, budget hotel chains and the upscale Sand Pearl  nearby as well as a Hilton, Holiday Inn and Best Western. The skyline is constantly changing and the new Hyatt hotel/condo-hotel will soon be a landmark identifying the area with it’s bold “pink” coloring reminiscent of the Don Cesar in south county.

There are many restaurants within walking distance, including my favorite “Cesares on the Beach”, as well as shops where you can find everything from t-shirts to evening dresses as well as any souveniers you can imagine. Every night at approximately 2 hours before sunset until 2 hours after sunset you will find vendors selling their wares on Pier 60 right on Clearwater Beach. There is also entertainment from bands to break dancing to trained parrots. You can get your hair braided, henna tatoos or your portrait drawn all while enjoying the activities right by the pier.

I’m not sure what paradise looks like but Clearwater Beach has to be close to the real thing if you love sun and fun. Take a trip and come visit whether you live accross country or just a short drive away. You won’t regret it and if you do live nearby take advantage of the wonders right in your own backyard. If you love it as much as we do consider making it your home. There are great home buying opportunities here for vacation homes or full time residences. Give me a call!

See you in paradise!!
